Deadlines, traffic, money worries and screens keep many of us in a constant low-level state of alert. Herbs traditionally used for calm can help you handle that load better, alongside sleep, movement and breaks. Here is how the three Saabhi products compare, so you can pick the one that fits your day.

1. De-Stress Tablets: for calm, focused days
Each tablet combines Ashwagandha, the most studied adaptogen in Ayurveda, with Jatamansi, Tagar and Shankhpushpi, processed with Brahmi (bhavana). It suits working professionals and students who want to stay calm without feeling dull. See every dose.
2. De-Stress Juice: the same support in a drink
De-Stress Juice uses the same core herbs plus Vacha, in a sugar-free drink. Take 30 ml in the morning and at night. Choose it if you prefer a liquid to tablets; choose whichever format you will actually take every day. See the full formula.
3. Calmer Nights: for unwinding and restful sleep
Calmer Nights pairs Ashwagandha and Tagar with Brahmi and Shankhpushpi to help you unwind in the evening. It contains no melatonin and is non-habit-forming. Many customers say their sleep feels more restful within 1 to 2 weeks. Learn more.
What does the research say?
Randomised, placebo-controlled trials have found that ashwagandha root extract reduced perceived stress and serum cortisol compared with placebo [1, 2]. Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri) has been studied for attention and memory in healthy adults [3], and valerian, a close relative of Tagar, has been reviewed for sleep quality with mixed but encouraging results [4]. These studies used single-herb extracts, not our blends, and effects took several weeks.

What else helps with everyday stress?
- Five minutes of slow breathing (breathe out longer than you breathe in) a few times a day.
- A 20-minute walk, ideally outdoors.
- No caffeine after 2 PM, and screens off 30 minutes before bed.
- Regular meals; skipping meals makes stress feel worse.
- Talking to someone you trust.
