The Bhawana process is a meticulous method to enhance the efficacy of herbal formulations. Selected herbs are infused in water overnight in a 1:4 ratio to maximize their potency. The mixture is then boiled to create a concentrated extract, which is blended with liquids like juices or decoctions and ground continuously. This blend is naturally dried in a solar tunnel, preserving its integrity.

The process begins with soaking herbs overnight in a 1:4 water ratio, allowing for maximum extraction of their natural properties. This is followed by slow boiling for 10-12 hours, reducing the water by three-fourths to concentrate the essence. After careful filtration to preserve the herbs' goodness and ensure cleanliness, the final concentrate is sealed to maintain its natural integrity.
